On July 28, 2019, the Red Bud FFA chapter worked the Monroe County Pork Producer stand at the Monroe County Fairgrounds. While working the stand, we grilled pork for the sandwiches, served our customers, made sure we had enough condiments sitting out, and also prepared plates. They had many different types of pork to serve, and it was a busy day. Thank you to the Monroe County Pork Producers for this fundraising opportunity!
