Due to popular demand, our school has changed our school lunch program in the 2024-2025 school year. Since changing over to our new lunch program, “Opaa!” student satisfaction has noticeably skyrocketed. Opaa! has brought numerous changes to school lunches. In the past, we only had 1 choice of hot lunch. Since the new lunch program began, we now have 2 choices of hot lunch, a rotation of a Pizza and Sub bar every day, as well as a salad bar. We also have a free drink bar and many new choices of fruits and vegetables.
To further document just how successful the new school lunch program has been among students, we curated a survey for students to complete to showcase their opinions on all of the new aspects that the program has brought to students’ lunch. This is the program’s first year, and it has been such a large improvement from previous years. We look forward to seeing “Oppa!” flourish in the coming years.
