The Musketeers started off their week at home against Marissa winning 15 to 3. Ava Wagner, Addi Dilley, and Josie Meyer each with 2 hits, Allie Zipfel with 3 hits, Jayna Bast going strong at 4-4, and Lyla Hess and Olivia Geralds each with a home run and 2 hits. The team kept that momentum and used to just pull ahead of Carlyle for the 9 to 7 win. Pitcher Olivia Geralds allowed only one earned run that game and picked up her 14th win of the season. Ava Wagner went 3-5, Dilley went 2-5 with an RBI, Hess, and Bast with 2 RBI, and Lydia Koesterer went 2-2 with 3 RBI. Back at home against Duquoin, the Musketeers win 12 to 4 with Freshman Kendra Ehret picking up her 3rd win of the season. Ava Wagner went 3-4, Hess 2-3, Dilley 2-4, and Crewe Wagner 2-3, along with Bast’s RBI and Zipfel’s 4 RBI. A big conference win against Sparta, 10 to 1, with Geralds picking up her 15th win and assisting at the plate along with Meyer and both Wagners. Bast and Koester each with 2 hits and 2 RBI, Dilley and Hess each with 2 hits and an RBI, and Zipfel with a hit and 3 RBI. The team finished off their week with Alton-Marquette at home, winning 18 to 3 in only 3 innings. Zipfel and Koester each with a home run and 3 RBI, Ava Wagner and Dilley with 3 RBI as well, along with doubles from Hess, Koesterer, and Bast. The Musketeers are now 7-2 in the conference with a big conference game against Chester on Tuesday.
