The Musketeers had a busy week this week traveling to Chester, Dupo, and Belleville East. They had a 9-8 win over Chester with pitcher Olivia Geralds striking out 7 total batters. Ava Wagner and Addi Dilley had 3 hits each, along with Allie Zipfel picking up 3 RBIs. Then on to Dupo for a 12-8 win with Danielle Schmitz pitching a good game. Ava Wagner went 4 for 5 with 3 stolen bases while Lyla Hess and Allie Zipfel assisted with 3 hits and Addi Dilley Crew Wagner with 2 hits. The team then traveled to Belleville to play a doubleheader but dropped both games. They lost the first 10-4 and the second 7-6. The team battled hard that day though, ending the day with 25 hits total. Ava Wagner going 5 for 8, Lyla Hess going 5 for 7, Allie Zipfel going 5 for 8, and Crew Wagner going 4 for 7. The Musketeers have a busy week next week with 6 games, 1 of them at home against Carlyle on Tuesday.
