Science Club has done the computer matching for Valentine’s Day for many years now. The algorithm that is being used currently was actually created by a student for this very school. After so many years of the project, it seems that it has slowly lost the interest of the student body. This is one of the smallest turnouts we have ever had and that is the biggest problems with the fundraiser, the lack of people entering in their information. This can ruin the fun for the students who are interested to see who would be a good friend or even a potential Valentine. And that’s such a shame. The project is used to help fund the science club and the leukemia/lymphoma society. I feel that one of the best ways to improve the situation would be to encourage more participation. To the Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen participate!! It makes everything more fun for everyone.
