On January 10, FBLA competed in the Area Conference.  Even though only a small group of students attended the conference, Red Bud brought home five awards.  Paul Cowsert placed 1st in Computer Problem Solving, Owen Fahey placed 1st in Political Science, and Alex Sievers placed 1st in Computer Game & Simulation Programming.  Caitlin Dehne placed 2nd in Accounting I and Caleb Langrehr placed 3rd in Organizational Leadership.  Students will be continuing their competition at the State Level on April 4-5 in Springfield, Illinois.
