Decision Day

Decision Day

With National Decision Day, fast approaching seniors need to make their final decisions for college. The deadline for most colleges is May 1. Seniors, that means you only have about two months to decide where to go and to submit all the necessary paperwork. Many colleges recommend that you create a pro and a con list to help you decide. Hopefully, this will help you visualize the good and the bad before you make your decision.

Once the decision is made, it is important to ensure that everything is submitted correctly. Most colleges require you to present your ACT/SAT scores, FAFSA, high school transcripts, and an enrollment deposit. The enrollment deposit is typically refundable up until decision day. Once the college receives the information, you can sign housing and dining contracts. With decision day’s quick approach, it is important to get moving and start submitting your information now. Good luck seniors!
